Despite being located alongside clothing shops, this restaurant draws you in just from its ambiance alone. The browns, the lighting, the interior itself makes it feel like a cozy spot. The food is a bit pricey, especially the main dishes, but considering the ingredients and the quality, it is worth it. I'm especially surprised that their slice of cake is worth around 200 yet bigger than most in comparison with other restaurants. The service time is just right, and the staff were very accommodating. Overall, it was a memorable lunch.

Celebrating a Special Day at Cafe Mary Grace We recently celebrated Khairon's 32nd birthday at Mary Grace, located at SM MOA. It was a special occasion, as it was also our first meet-up together with his partner. The evening turned out to be a great conversation-filled night, and yes, it was our first double date. SEATING We had a pleasant dining experience at Mary Grace. The seating process took around 5 minutes, but we were eventually offered a cozy couch to sit on. SERVICE The service was exceptional, with TIN and HOMER standing out for their attentiveness and initiative. They took good care of us and were willing to accommodate our request to change our order. When we discovered that the rosemary rice contained garlic, which our birthday boy doesn't eat, Tin quickly changed it to plain rice. We appreciated their prompt response. They also kept our water pitcher refilled throughout the meal. FOOD The food was delicious, and I particularly enjoyed the MARY GRACE CAESAR SALAD with big chunks of chicken. The DORY PASTA & SAFFRON CREAM was amazing. It was a set meal together with SMOKED HAM WITH ALMONDS, CRANBERRIES AND BALSAMIC VINAIGRETTE SALAD. I am not a fan of the vinaigrette, but they enjoyed the rest of the dish. Given that we had already eaten a lot at Landers before coming to Mary Grace, it was impressive that we could still enjoy the food. The drinks (PEACH GLASS AND MANGOD SHAKE) were refreshing The dessert was a highlight, the SIGNATURE MARY GRACE MAMON- it was similar to Goldilocks' mamon/ chiffon cake topped with generous amount of whipped cream and strawberry sauce, reminiscent of the Belgian waffle from Starbucks. PRICE As expected, the prices at Mary Grace are on the higher side, which is consistent with its reputation as a popular restaurant among affluent patrons and Titas of Manila. However, there are affordable set meal options available. If I hadn't been full from our double date lunch, I would have ordered again the USDA Choice Cut Rib-eye Steak, which is priced at ₱2984 (good for 2-3 to share) AMBIENCE The ambience was, as expected, exceptional. All Mary Grace branches are known for their excellent interior design, and this location was no exception. The iconic flying birds and butterflies, mirrors, and overall décor created a picturesque setting that was truly Instagram-worthy.

We love Mary Grace cakes, ensaymadas, and cheese rolls. They're some of the best in the Philippines, especially impressive considering it's quite a large chain. The cafe concept they have is good. The interiors are always very warm and homely, I do enjoy the ambiance. Service is fairly quick and the servers are responsive. The food is freshly made to order. It isn't fine dining, but it is comforting, if only a little bit pricey. I do think they use some canned vegetables (corn/carrots?), if I had an improvement to offer it would be freshly chopping those instead, though this was only apparent in the seafood chowder we had. Otherwise, the food tastes good, the flavors are well balanced and seasoned, and feels like something my mom might cook. :) The cakes tho, those are really the star of the show. Their cakes never disappoint me. I hope the Banana Bella special we tried here makes it more of their outlets.

Cafe Mary Grace never disappoints! Delicious food. Impeccable customer service. Very nice, welcoming ambiance. Moreover, you get the same feel-good atmosphere, whichever branch you visit, and still find something unique in each one. Whenever I go to a Mary Grace restaurant, I always order their classic cheese roll, have it grilled, and paired it with a hot chocolate. Mary Grace hot chocolate is one of the best I have ever tasted. For pasta, I loved their Pasta Amatriciana with Italian meatballs. Their servings are quite big so I had mine split with a colleague. My colleague Pat had seafood pasta and he said it was very good. In the MOA complex, they have 2 cafes. One is in the Mall of Asia 3rd floor, near the food hall. The other restaurant is in MAAX Building fronting MOA Arena and near the church and IKEA Building.

Use the Bell to order! And don’t wait awkwardly like me and my friend did. We ordered a hot chocolate, 2 mango bene and 1 Cappuccino. Everything had a good taste and we really liked the establishment and the cute art on the Cappuccino.
